Summary of Position:
Responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Delivers quality customer service by greeting and responding to customers promptly and courteously.
Executes competent security procedures by being observant and informed about potential security risks.
Promotes bank products and services, send referrals to other departments.
Must be available to float between locations on an as needed basis to assist any branch that is in need of coverage.
(Our Eastern Oklahoma locations include:
Lawton, Mangum, Canute, Granite)
Qualifications:
Capable of maintaining confidentiality Ability to multi-task Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including copy machine, coin and money counting machines and telephone.
Accuracy/good math skills Strong interpersonal skills Professional appearance Willing to travel between locations as needed Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Six months cash handling experience Previous experience in customer service position Job Type:
