Responsibilities and Duties:
Ability to effectively manage a caseload of clients dealing with varying issues and concerns.
Highly motivated and organized.
Willingness to participate in group consultation on an ongoing basis and at weekly mandatory staff meetings.
Ability to adhere to high standards of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
Maintain client records in Simple Practice, an electronic medical record program.
Maintain all ethical standards for all applicable associations and licensing boards and the State of Oklahoma's laws and rules.
Qualifications and Skills:
Active candidate for licensure in Oklahoma as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
Interest in working independently and as part of a dynamic group practice.
Outstanding communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
Open to professional feedback and clinical feedback from the administration team and colleagues.
Awareness of self, ability to manage self-care adequately, and ability to manage any issues that may arise during time as a clinician.
Ability to perform all tasks in a client-centered, culturally competent manner at all times.
Willingness to provide a limited number of pro-bono services to the under-served population of Southwest Oklahoma.
Self-motivated and willing to assist in all areas of a group practice as needed.
Required education:
Consistent with licensure requirements.
