Responsibilities:
Scanning physical tax documents Source Data Entry Project creation in software Monitoring Tax Department email for document uploads Printing and binding physical returns Assisting clients with SafeSend and SmartVault questions Calling clients for pickup Calling clients for preparers - tax questions Occasional scanning of other documents (bookkeeping, mail, etc.
) Phones Directing Traffic in Lawton Office Requirements 25 weeks at 40 hours/week Monday to Friday 9-5 27 weeks at 8 hours/week Can discuss how to structure Example:
1 day per week, 2 days of 4 hours This is a part time (seasonal) position, paid on an annual basis.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
