Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and staff.
Provide feedback to staff and customers.
Train and coach staff on company policies and procedures.
Manage daily operations of the store.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
