Your main responsibilities Plan and organize recreational activities.
Coach all athletic teams.
Organize and oversee all competitions and tournaments.
Show detainees the proper way to safely use recreational equipment.
Inspect recreation area for cleanliness and safety.
Provide weekly safety training to recreation orderlies and clerks.
Check all detainees in and out of the gym.
Maintain recreation department records.
Maintain and schedule the repair of recreation equipment.

This position requires only a high school diploma.
However, a degree in Physical Education, Recreational Therapy, or any field related to that is highly desirable.
Experience working with prisoner populations or in a physical education program is also an asset.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma required.
Additional education in Physical Education, recreational therapy, or related field highly desirable.
Prior experience working with an inmate population or in a physical education program is highly desirable.
Must possess a valid state driver's license.
(Oklahoma State Requirement).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
