Responsibilities Holding and documenting daily shift meetings Following up on discussion items brought up during shift meetings Resolving day to day issues with the support of the Site Manager Enforcing Action Logistics safety policy on the dock Ensuring dock area remains organized and associates are adhering to Action Logistics processes and procedures Responsibility for ensuring that dock personnel have all the resources needed to perform job duties Coordinating and distributing daily work assignments Holding associates accountable and taking disciplinary action when necessary Job Type:
