is locally owned and operated and provides janitorial services to local offices/facilities, foreclosure properties, and unoccupied housing.
We are looking for 1-2 janitorial staff members to join our team to clean unoccupied housing in the Lawton area.
Hours can vary seasonally, ranging from 30-40
hrs/week.
Responsibilities:
cleaning unoccupied homes to include scrubbing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuum, etc.
Requirements:
MUST be able to pass background check must have valid Driver License MUST have own transportation must have a working cell phone capable of sending and receiving text messages must be able to lift/pull/push 25 lbs.
must be able to stand on step ladder and reach overhead must be a good communicator must be able to work with minimal supervision Work Hours THIS IS A TEMPORARY JOB.
