They are responsible for assisting the General Manager in all operations of the front desk.
The AGM will lead by example with a hands on approach to reach the objectives of the company.
Some of the specific responsibilities will be:
Provide direction to the team members for day to day tasks Engage and motivate all team members to promote a sense of urgency daily Assists in ensuring high guest satisfaction Communicate with the GM and ownership for daily revenue, activities, and property needs Assist all departments as needed Be available to work at any time on short notice Initiate training for new hires Complete schedules and meet payroll objectives Assist in maintaining the property Ensure the safety of guests and team members at all times Maintain inventories of guest items Complete daily financial transactions The AGM will lead the front desk associates in daily activities.
They will need to have good time management skills in order to efficiently complete the duties assigned.
Good communication skills are required in order to communicate between all departments.
